Sunday–Thursday $1,950 · Friday $2,750 · Saturday $3,450 · Friday + Saturday $5,750. Base venue rental only. Taxes, catering, staffing, rentals, alcohol, insurance, security, valet, production and special cleaning are not included unless confirmed.
Planned opening November 1, 2026. No earlier events are offered. Dates require confirmation. Normal inquiries require 30 days’ notice during the relaunch. Confirm Wi-Fi, kitchen access and event-specific requirements before booking. Current permitted capacity pending occupancy approval. Tell us your guest count and proposed layout when you inquire. Kitchen access, equipment and operating requirements must be verified.
Bring your own licensed vendors, subject to venue requirements. Your lead coordinates production, delivery, setup, removal and schedules. Lumen does not provide wedding coordination. Lumen provides the venue for your agreed rental period, normal trash liners and bags, basic cleaning consumables, normal post-event housekeeping, venue turnover and routine building maintenance. You and your vendors arrange event furniture and rentals, linens, tableware, food and drinks, event staffing, decor, lighting, setup and teardown unless your agreement expressly includes an item. We welcome your own licensed caterer and event planner. Extraordinary cleanup is not included. Before leaving, you and your vendors remove personal property, decorations, food and service equipment, complete normal teardown, place trash in designated receptacles and leave the venue reasonably orderly. Follow any event-specific cleanup rules and complete removal within your agreed rental period. Lumen supplies normal trash bags and basic cleaning consumables and handles normal post-event housekeeping. Extraordinary cleanup and any agreed charges are addressed in your rental agreement.
Tours are typically available from 10 a.m. to noon, including weekends, by appointment. Other times may be available on request. Request a tour or vendor walkthrough in your inquiry; a venue representative will confirm the appointment. Confirm access route, setup window, event hours, removal deadline, clear exits and protective measures before suppliers arrive. Do not assume rigging, a loading dock, particular circuits or unattended access. Specific rules are supplied after verification.
Bring a licensed caterer or qualified alcohol-service provider to confirm and arrange the permits, licensing, insurance and service requirements that apply to your event. The booker coordinates this with the provider and Lumen before booking. Do not assume a food-catering license alone authorizes alcohol service.
