When you inquire

We collect the contact and event details you submit, including your name, email, proposed date, event type, guest count and any optional phone number or planning notes. We store your inquiry to review your event, respond and coordinate any subsequent booking. An inquiry does not reserve a date.

Website information

The website records interaction counts, such as date inquiries and pricing views. Campaign and referral information may be kept in your browser for the session and attached to an inquiry to help us understand how you found Lumen. The inquiry service also uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information and hosts the inquiry database.

Your choices

You may leave optional fields blank. Please do not put payment-card information or sensitive personal details in the inquiry form. Contact Lumen at 314-704-1979 with questions or a request to access, correct or delete your inquiry information. We review requests against any records we need to retain for bookings, disputes or other applicable obligations.
