For your wedding walkthrough, bring a rough guest count and the order of the day. Discuss ceremony seating, dining, dancing, any room change, vendor deliveries and the final collection time. Ask which proposed layouts can be approved before you commit to furniture or catering.

Choose your own licensed caterer, planner, DJ, florist, photographer and event team. Lumen offers a straightforward venue price with no forced caterer, planner or bundled event package. Tell us about your ceremony, reception, guest count and schedule so we can review the layout together.
A useful wedding inquiry
Include your date, guest count, ceremony plans, meal style and vendors already selected. Ask for a walkthrough to compare the real room with the event concepts. Decor and furniture in the concepts are illustrative.

Sunday–Thursday: $1,950; Friday: $2,750; Saturday: $3,450; Friday + Saturday: $5,750. Launch pricing for base venue rental. Taxes, security, insurance, alcohol service, catering, staffing, valet, special cleaning, rentals and production are not included unless confirmed in your final quote.
After event approval and a signed agreement: 25% deposit, balance due 30 days before the event. Approved bookings within 30 days require full payment. Agreement terms govern cancellation and refunds.

Your rental includes the venue for the agreed access period, trash bags and liners, basic cleaning supplies and a full deep clean between events. You and your chosen vendors arrange furniture, linens, tableware, catering, bar service, event staff, decorations, props, event lighting, setup, teardown and any valet service unless your agreement expressly includes an item.
Please help us finish on a good note: take your belongings, decorations, props, leftover food and vendor equipment with you, bag rubbish using the bags we provide, and leave the room as tidy as you reasonably can within your agreed access hours. A little care goes a long way toward the good relationships we value, and we would love to welcome you and your team back. You do not need to do the deep clean. That is our responsibility, every time. We deep-clean Lumen between every event, so each new party arrives to a space that is spic and span, beautiful and ready for their decorations, props and agreed setup. We provide trash bags and liners, basic cleaning supplies and the between-event deep clean as part of the venue rental.
Alcohol service
Bring a licensed caterer or qualified alcohol-service provider to confirm and arrange the permits, licensing, insurance and service requirements that apply to your event. The booker coordinates this with the provider and Lumen before booking. Do not assume a food-catering license alone authorizes alcohol service.
Tours are typically available from 10 a.m. to noon, including weekends, by appointment. Other times may be available on request. Request a tour or vendor walkthrough in your inquiry; a venue representative will confirm the appointment.
